Hi, I’m Autumn — a Certified Embodied Pilates & Barre Instructor, Certified Functional Nutrition Health Coach, and founder of this private studio dedicated to helping you feel good in your body again, from the inside out.

🧡 My Story

For years, I lived in a body that felt more like an enemy than a home.

 

As a child and teen, I carried invisible weights: trauma, worry, and the belief that I had to please others and never make a fuss. By adolescence, my body was screaming — debilitating migraines, painful cycles, and exhaustion that kept me out of school for an entire year. Doctors told me it was “all in my head.” In some ways, they were right — but not in the way they thought. My nervous system was stuck in survival.

I pushed through, hiding pain behind smiles, trying to “fake it” through work, relationships, and responsibilities. My first marriage left me feeling unseen and unsafe, but walking away was the first spark of reclaiming my strength. I vowed to myself that I would not become bitter — that I was worthy of love and joy.

And slowly, light came in.

Meeting my husband, becoming a mom, and watching my children struggle with their own health challenges became my turning point. When doctors said “everything looks fine” but my son was in pain and not thriving, I refused to accept it. I learned how food could be medicine or poison. I discovered the brain’s ability to rewire itself. I began to see symptoms not as flaws to fight but as signals to listen to.

 

Nature became my sanctuary. Movement became my medicine. Self-care through breath, detoxing my environment, prioritizing sleep, hydrating, reframing my mindset, choosing quality nutrition, and continuing to find rhythms that help me reset even amongst chaos, these became the missing pieces. And with every new tool, my body began to shift from survival to resilience.

 

Along the way, I became certified in Barre, completing over 450 hours of Embodied Pilates training, completing certifications in both Integrative Health Coaching and Functional Nutrition Health Counseling.

 

But my greatest education has come from two places: the lessons my own body has taught me, and the courage of my clients who remind me daily that healing is possible at any stage.

Today, I don’t see my body as broken — I see it as magnificent. It’s resilient, it whispers when something is off, and it celebrates when I choose nourishment, movement, and calm. I’m profoundly grateful for the chance to move, to breathe, and to guide others toward the same freedom.

This studio is more than a place to work out. It’s a space to reset, to reconnect, and to discover just how powerful your body can be when you stop fighting it — and start listening.

Simple, guided practices that release tension, drain stagnation, and bring your body out of “fight or flight” — so you can heal, not just survive.

✔️ Root-Cause Nutrition & Habit Coaching

Together we simplify the essentials — food, hydration, sleep, stress — in a way that feels doable. Small shifts add up to less inflammation, more energy, and steadier moods.
