Wellness Pop-Up at The Meadow was the perfect way yo end the week!

Pilates + Sauna + Cold Plunge was such a fun and refreshing experience. We moved, we breathed, we laughed… and gave ourselves the space to slow down and be intentional.

We started with a Pilates flow to wake up the body, followed by time in the sauna where we could really let go, sweat, and soften. For those who were up for it, we finished with a cold plunge—invigorating, refreshing, and the perfect reset.

There was something really special about the energy of the group—supportive, light, and connected. We even had time to sit out in the garden, listen to the birds, and enjoy the sound of the fountain flowing… just being present.

Moments like this are such a reminder of how powerful it is to take even a little time for ourselves.

We’ll be offering these experiences monthly, so keep an eye out if you’d like to join us next time 💛

I used to trail run all the time🏃🏻‍♀️. Life shifted, and running quietly slipped away.

So today I made a simple deal with myself:
👉 Just run to the end of the road.

One mile. Slight incline. Totally doable.

I didn’t start with the biggest challenge I could think of, I started with one I knew I could finish.

My breathing got a little challenged. My body felt a little unfamiliar.

And right in the middle I told myself:
“You can do hard things.”

Not in a push-through way but in a remember who you are way.

Here’s why it felt so good:
It wasn’t just that I finished in.
It’s that I did something new again.

Comfort keeps you stuck.
Challenge wakes you up.

Small, achievable challenges teach your brain and body:
💚I can adapt. I’m capable. I can begin again.

And honestly?
Practicing Pilates showed up today. In strength, stability, breath, and trust in my body.

I see it every time I hike, lift weights, or do cardio.

This work carries over into everything.

Ask yourself:
💡What do I want to feel more of?
💡What’s one small, new step toward that?
💡What can I do today that I’m likely to succeed at?

You don’t have to go all the way.
Just start somewhere honest.

Desperate times call for desperate measures…
My ferritin levels are extremely low — which means breathlessness, poor muscle recovery, low energy, headaches, and a heart that has to work harder just to push oxygen where it needs to go.
When your iron tanks, your whole body feels like it’s running on low battery.

And for my girls with heavy cycles, this hits even harder.
Every month you lose iron before you even have the chance to rebuild it — which is why fatigue, dizziness, hair shedding, mood shifts, and breathlessness can become a repeating cycle. If you’ve ever felt like “no matter what I do I can’t get my energy back,” your iron stores (ferritin) might be the missing link.

So…I did the unthinkable
I had pasture-raised beef liver delivered, soaked it in milk, seasoned it, cooked it… and my breakfast this morning was tough to get through. Not gonna lie. 🤢😂

But here’s the truth:
I do feel good knowing I gave my body a concentrated dose of nutrients I could never pull off in one normal meal.
When your symptoms are screaming, you do what you must, girl.

Iron deficiency will have you doing things you swore you’d never do… like cooking beef liver and trying (TRYING) to eat it. 😂😭
I always go whole-food first — but let’s be honest… this might be a one-and-done for me unless someone brings me an award-winning recipe.

Because yes — liver is packed with iron, minerals, copper, B vitamins, and the cofactors your body needs to rebuild ferritin…
BUT it’s NOT the only way to raise iron or support you.

A personalized space (by appointment) where movement and nourishment come together for deeper healing and growth.

Through my own health journey and years of supporting clients, I’ve learned there’s no one-size-fits-all for wellness.

💚 Our movement, hydration, sleep, digestion, and mindset are in constant communication with your brain. This “mind-body connection” is the nervous system key — it tells your brain whether you’re safe. When your brain feels safe, your body can finally heal, regulate, and thrive.

At Auttie’s, each session blends mindful Pilates with functional wellness coaching to help you move with strength, flow, and calm — whether you’re craving more energy, calm, or just a really good workout — you’re welcome here. 💚
